SOUTH GULF COVE

South Gulf Cove is a deed restricted waterfront community encompassing approximately 6,200 acres in South West Charlotte County. There are 15,000 deeded lots. Over 4,700 of these lots are waterfront lots leading to the Gulf of Mexico. As you can see this community is a boaters' and fisherman's paradise. There are over 125 navigable canals totaling 55 miles. These waterways make up nearly one third of all the canals in all of Charlotte County.
