ROTONDA MEADOWS & VILLAS

Rotonda Meadows and Villas are located in Southwest Florida, near the Intra-Coastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico as seen below.  It is a very short drive from the causeway to Boca Grande on Gaparilla Island.

The home owners association is comprised of over 4,500 property owners.  The association was first activated and turned over to the owners (members) by the Developer, Cape Cave Corporation, in December 2003.

Rotonda Meadows & Villas are in the right center of the map. Rotonda Meadows in on the north side and Rotonda Villas is on the south side.

There are many lakes that provide lots of great fishing.

Rotonda Meadows and Villas is not nearly as built out as other communities in Rotonda. Therefore these lots typically are less expensive making them great long term investments.
