ENGLEWOOD

Englewood
is a small, easy-going beach front community along the Gulf of
Mexico near the Gasparilla Sound. It bills itself as the “Gem of the Suncoast,” “where the livin’ is easy.”
Located on beautiful Lemon Bay, Englewood is situated in an area that straddles two counties and is harbored
by several small islands. One of Florida’s best-kept secrets, the town of Englewood has four pristine
beaches, all which border the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from swimming, searching for seashells, sunbathing,
boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling or hiking along the ocean’s edge. The sun sparkles off the
turquoise water, turning it to emeralds and sapphires and the sunsets are unbelievable. The warm, tropical
climate and off shore breezes make Englewood a place you’ll want to return to again and
again.
